The Consultants Corner!
The National Guild is providing Creative Communities organizations and practitioners with expert technical assistance and training to support the implementation of Creative Communities. To this end, we are cultivating a cadre of consultants to assist with the unique capacity-building and sustainability needs of each of the 20 partnership sites. The Consultants Corner is a resource listing national consultants that are available to support arts education, youth development and community-building strategies in areas such as:

  • Artist-Teacher Training
  • Partnership Building
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Marketing & Community Outreach
  • Program Development
  • Fund Raising
  • Evaluation

The National Guild believes that organizations does not need a Creative Communities grant to integrate arts education programming in public housing - all that is needed to start are willing partners, a program plan, space, start-up resources and access to training and technical assistance. It is our goal to replicate Creative Communities strategies across the country. Thus, The Consultants Corner is intended to be a resource not only for the 20 Creative Communities partnership sites, but to the entire field of community arts education.
